What does BozApps build?+
BozApps builds production websites, mobile apps (iOS + Android), SaaS platforms, interactive maps and AI features. We also operate the systems we build on a monthly retainer.
What stack does BozApps use?+
Next.js 16 with TypeScript strict for web. Kotlin + Jetpack Compose for native Android, React Native with Expo for cross-platform mobile. Supabase Postgres with row-level security for data. Stripe for billing. MapLibre GL, Leaflet and Mapbox for maps. Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting.
Where is BozApps based?+
BozApps is a UK-based development studio, the app & web arm of Bozmaps Ltd. We work remote-first with clients across the UK, Europe and the Balkans.
How much does a project cost?+
Every project is quoted individually after a 30-minute discovery call. Marketing sites typically take 2–4 weeks. Full mobile apps and SaaS platforms typically take 8–16 weeks. We work to fixed-price scopes wherever possible.
Who owns the code BozApps writes?+
The client. Every project ships in the client's GitHub organisation, with credentials handed over. We do not lock clients in or retain ownership of work product.
Can BozApps take over a project an agency abandoned?+
Yes. We do code audits and migrations regularly — clients come to us when a previous agency went quiet, raised prices, or shipped something they can no longer maintain. We assess the existing codebase, stabilise it, then plan the next phase.
Does BozApps offer ongoing hosting and support?+
Yes. The Hosting & Long-term Operations service is a monthly retainer covering Vercel + Supabase + Cloudflare hosting, uptime monitoring, dependency patching, daily backups and one feature increment per month.
Does BozApps do design as well as development?+
Yes. Custom design systems — typography, colour, components — are part of every engagement. We work from Figma where the client supplies it, or design from scratch.
